Salad with chicken fillet, cheese and walnuts

SALAD WITH CHICKEN FILLET, CHEESE AND WALNUTS

INGREDIENTS

 

  • Chicken fillet – 500 g,
  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Mushrooms – 300 g,
  • Walnuts – 100 g,
  • Garlic – 2 cloves,
  • Salt – to taste
  • Mayonnaise – to taste.

 

DIRECTIONS

30 minutes

  1. Chicken fillet boil in salted water. Chopped.
  2. On a coarse grater to grate cheese. Cut the mushrooms and fry in butter.
  3. Finely chop nuts and garlic. Mix all the ingredients, season with salt to taste. Mayonnaise and mix well.

Mushrooms are suitable for both fresh and canned.
