SALAD WITH CHICKEN FILLET, CHEESE AND WALNUTS
- Chicken fillet – 500 g,
- Hard cheese – 200 g
- Mushrooms – 300 g,
- Walnuts – 100 g,
- Garlic – 2 cloves,
- Salt – to taste
- Mayonnaise – to taste.
- Chicken fillet boil in salted water. Chopped.
- On a coarse grater to grate cheese. Cut the mushrooms and fry in butter.
- Finely chop nuts and garlic. Mix all the ingredients, season with salt to taste. Mayonnaise and mix well.
Mushrooms are suitable for both fresh and canned.
